Terms of Use

1. Purpose and Acceptance

These Terms of Use (ToU) govern access to and use of the Georisk-AI platform, accessible at georisk-ai.io, published by Adam Laroussi (PolitoLogos).

Accessing the platform, creating an account, or using the service in any way constitutes full, complete and unconditional acceptance of these ToU.

Any user who does not accept these ToU must immediately cease using the platform.

2. Service Description

Georisk-AI is a strategic analysis and decision-support platform providing country risk scores, geopolitical summaries, predictive scenarios and analytical notes written by partner researchers.

The platform is aimed at professionals (B2B), institutions, researchers and informed individuals.

Access levels:

  • Free public: basic maps and partial country profiles (no risk score, summary or scenario)
  • Individual (€59 excl. VAT/month): full access to AI-generated analyses and scores
  • Premium (€159 excl. VAT/month): Individual + 2 human analyst notes/month written by partner researchers within 48-72 hours
  • Enterprise (custom quote): Premium + API + turnkey software + oral briefing + unlimited notes + contractual SLA

3. Account Creation

An account is required to access paid features. Required information: email address, first name and last name.

The user warrants the accuracy, currency and completeness of the information provided upon account creation and undertakes to keep it up to date.

Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available and strongly recommended to secure your account.

Identity fraud or the provision of false information may be subject to criminal penalties (article 226-4-1 of the French Penal Code).

4. User Conduct

Personal and professional use of the platform is permitted within the scope of these ToU.

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Reproducing, copying, distributing or commercially exploiting any platform content without prior written authorisation from Georisk-AI
  • Mass extraction of platform data (scraping, bots, automated scripts)
  • Using the platform for illegal, fraudulent or public-order-contrary purposes
  • Compromising the security, availability or integrity of the service
  • Sharing login credentials with third parties

Any breach of these prohibitions will result in immediate and permanent account suspension as well as civil and/or criminal proceedings.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Georisk-AI platform (source code, algorithms, models, AI-generated summaries, risk scores, scenarios, databases, graphical interfaces) is the exclusive property of Adam Laroussi (PolitoLogos).

Human analyst notes ordered under Premium and Enterprise subscriptions remain the intellectual property of Georisk-AI, with an internal-use licence granted to the client for its own organisation.

The user retains ownership of data imported to the platform (watchlist, personal preferences).

6. Service Availability

Georisk-AI endeavours to ensure optimal platform availability but cannot guarantee continuous 24/7 availability.

Planned maintenance will be announced in advance by email or in-app notification.

No compensation is due for a temporary service interruption of less than 48 consecutive hours.

7. Limitation of Liability

Georisk-AI disclaims all liability for decisions made on the basis of information provided and their consequences.

Georisk-AI's contractual liability is limited to the total amount actually paid by the user in the preceding 12 months.

8. ToU Amendments

Georisk-AI reserves the right to amend these ToU at any time.

Users with an active account will be notified by email at least 30 days before any material amendment takes effect.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes implicit acceptance of the revised ToU.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These ToU are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute between Georisk-AI (PolitoLogos) and a professional client (B2B), an amicable resolution attempt via mediation is mandatory prior to any legal proceedings.

In the absence of amicable resolution, the Commercial Court of Grenoble shall have sole jurisdiction.
