Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation or exploitation, in whole or in part, of these elements, by any means whatsoever, is strictly prohibited without prior written authorisation from Georisk-AI.

The PolitoLogos and Georisk-AI trademarks belong to Adam Laroussi. Any unauthorised use constitutes infringement subject to articles L335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

Source data used by the platform (V-Dem, World Bank, WGI, UCDP, etc.) is the property of their respective organisations and is used in accordance with their terms of use.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

In the event of a dispute between Georisk-AI (PolitoLogos) and a professional client (B2B), and in the absence of prior amicable resolution, the Commercial Court of Grenoble shall have sole jurisdiction.

For disputes with consumers, ordinary jurisdiction rules apply.
