General Terms of Sale

1. Preamble

These General Terms of Sale (GTS) govern the sale of subscriptions to the Georisk-AI platform.

Company: Adam Laroussi (PolitoLogos), France.

Customer: any natural or legal person subscribing to a Georisk-AI platform subscription.

Subscribing to a plan constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these GTS and the Terms of Use.

2. Plans and Pricing

Prices are expressed in euros excluding VAT (excl. VAT). VAT will be added in accordance with applicable regulations:

  • For EU B2B clients: please provide your EU VAT number upon subscription

Individual

€59 excl. VAT/month

Full access to AI-generated analyses, scores and scenarios. Audience: solo, freelance, researcher.

Premium

€159 excl. VAT/month

Individual + 2 human analyst notes/month written by partner researchers (IEGA and freelancers) within 48-72 hours. Audience: SMEs, teams, institutions.

Enterprise

Custom quote

Premium + custom API + turnkey software + quarterly oral briefing + unlimited notes + contractual SLA. Audience: large organisations, public bodies.

3. Subscription and Billing

Subscriptions are taken out directly on the platform via Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Georisk-AI does not store any payment card data in clear text.

Billing is monthly (or annual depending on the customer's choice at subscription). An invoice is automatically issued by email after each payment.

The 2 human analyst notes included in the Premium subscription are non-accumulative, non-rollable to the following month if unused, and non-refundable.

4. Waiver of Right of Withdrawal

IMPORTANT CLAUSE : Please read carefully before subscribing

In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, subscription to the Georisk-AI platform constitutes the provision of a service fully executed upon subscription, by immediate access to the content, analyses, risk scores, summaries and scenarios. The Customer acknowledges and expressly accepts that: - The service begins to be provided upon confirmation of subscription, at their express request; - The Customer waives the right of withdrawal provided for by articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, to the extent that they effectively consume the analyses, scores, summaries and scenarios offered; - No refund may be claimed after access to platform content, except in the case of a proven technical failure not resolved within 72 hours by our support team.

For professional customers (B2B): no right of withdrawal applies, pursuant to article L221-3 of the French Consumer Code.

5. Human Analyst Notes (Premium and Enterprise)

  • 2 human analyst notes included per month in the Premium subscription
  • Written by partner researchers (IEGA and accredited freelancers)
  • Delivery time: 48-72 hours from order confirmation
  • Ordered via the dedicated form in the client portal + analyst slot selection via the integrated calendar
  • Note subject freely defined by the customer at the time of order
  • Delivered by email in PDF format
  • Monthly quota: non-accumulative, non-rollable, non-refundable if unused
  • Beyond the monthly quota: unavailable until the following month, unless upgrading to Enterprise on a custom quote

6. Cancellation

Individual and Premium subscriptions have no minimum commitment period.

Cancellation can be carried out at any time from the client portal.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (monthly or annual already invoiced). No pro-rata refund is granted.

Georisk-AI reserves the right to unilaterally cancel any subscription in the event of a breach of the ToU or persistent non-payment, with 15 days' notice by email.

7. Non-Payment

In the event of a failed payment, the account is automatically suspended after 7 days. Access is restored upon regularisation.

8. Service Availability (SLA)

Georisk-AI endeavours to ensure optimal platform availability 24/7, with an indicative target of 99% monthly availability (excluding planned maintenance).

No contractual service level agreement (SLA) is guaranteed for Individual and Premium subscriptions.

A contractual SLA is available exclusively for Enterprise customers, as part of their custom contract.

9. Limitation of Liability

The analyses, risk scores, summaries, predictive scenarios and human analyst notes provided by the Georisk-AI platform are intended solely to inform the Customer's decision-making. The Customer remains solely responsible for all decisions made on the basis of this information, as well as any resulting consequences, financial or otherwise. Georisk-AI shall not be held liable for: - financial losses, loss of profit, missed opportunities; - investment or divestment decisions; - indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform; - temporary unavailability of the platform.

10. Force Majeure

Georisk-AI's obligations are suspended in the event of force majeure within the meaning of article 1218 of the French Civil Code.

The following are considered force majeure events: war, terrorism, large-scale cyber attack, widespread internet outage, failure of hosting or payment infrastructure (Stripe, cloud provider), pandemic, natural disaster.

11. Confidentiality

Georisk-AI undertakes to treat all customer data and communications with the strictest confidentiality.

The customer undertakes to use human analyst notes received strictly internally and confidentially within their own organisation, without disclosing them publicly or transferring them to third parties.

13. GTS Amendments

Georisk-AI reserves the right to amend these GTS at any time.

Any material change will be notified to subscribed customers by email at least 30 days before taking effect.

If the customer refuses the new terms within that period, they may cancel their subscription without penalty.

14. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These GTS are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution attempt (mediation) is mandatory prior to any legal proceedings.

For B2B disputes: the Commercial Court of Grenoble has sole jurisdiction.

For disputes with consumers (individuals): ordinary jurisdiction rules apply.
